Fundraising

Each rider is responsible for raising at least $4,500 prior to departure. Bike & Build donates the majority of the money its participants raise to youth-led affordable housing projects across the country. The raised will also help pay for trip expenses along the way -- such as your bike, food, and fuel for the support van.

So far with the help of friends, family, and strangers, I have raised $4,335 for the affordable housing cause! If you would like to donate to the cause, check out my Rider Page.

How did I fundraise for affordable housing?

• Asking individuals for donations.
• Spreading the message through the media.
